For Just That Right Gourmet Touch

Of all the seafood options to enhance the taste of yee sang, I personally opt for jelly-fish. I love the soft, spongy texture that goes so well with the crispier feel of the other ingredients.

This special packaging of Spring Toss is made up of that delectable marine catch, salted to perfection. It goes beautifully with any of the Spring Toss recipes. Trouble with me is I'm such a glut for this item that I often empty more than one packet onto my yee sang platter before mixing. But I never hear any complaints.
